Day 5- BREAK DAY
Day 6- 50 jumping jacks, 15 sit-ups
Day 7- 30 crunches, 10 leg lifts
Day 8- 55 jumping jacks, 10 leg lifts
Day 9- 60 jumping jacks

Day 11- BREAK DAY
Day 12- 15 crunches, 10 leg lifts
Day 13- 20 leg lifts, 20 sit ups
Day 14- 15 minutes jog in place
Day 15- 10 lunges (each leg), 60 jumping jacks
Day 16- BREAK DAY
Day 17- 20 leg lifts, 10 toe touches
Day 18- 5 minute jog, 5 toe touches, 10 lunges
Day 19- 20 lunges, 10 toe touches
Day 20 10 lunges, 10 sit ups, 20 jumping jacks

The whole thing with this is to get lazy mother fuckers in gear and working out every day, giving you break days to let your body "recover" just like you're supposed to with real workouts. If you skip a day you have to go back and star from the day before.

My thing is, I'm planning on doing day 1 doing 30 jumping jacks and 10 crunches just like it says. But instead of just doing 35 jumping jacks and 15 crunches I'm going to add them together to make it 65 jumping jacks and 25 crunches. Day three add 40 jumping jacks and 20 crunches to day two etc. to make it really help me out. And if I skip a day I'm going to start over from day one and do all of the exorcises listed up until that day.

Say on day seven I skip, so on day eight I would start from day one and do 30 jumping jacks and 10 crunches then go and do day two's exorcise then day three's and so on until I made it to day eight. My punishment for skipping a day is doing ALL of the exorcises I'd done up until that point.

Hopefully this will help me get my fat lazy lard ass into gear.

I WENT DOWN A POUND SINCE YESTERDAY! =D
